December 9./10. 2023

Remember who you truly are- Flower/Heart & Spirit medicine retreat December 2023

We are proud to be able to offer our unique medicine here. We have been working with it in Costa Rica for several years.

On 9/10.12.23 our Body on Earth Retreat – Tribal experience – will take place.

We want to heal and experience ourselves on a small scale, so places are limited. This „medicine“ was invented long ago by my master to treat war veterans with unique success.

We can reinvent our sensuality, open our heart wide and express ourselves freely in our being.

We explore our body on this earth, we experience ourselves in community and tribe. Our trauma merges with others and we heal in collective consciousness.

What is our „Medicine“ largely made of:

Blue Lotus

The blue lotus flower has been part of Egyptian mythology, culture and medicine for thousands of years. In the Middle East, the plant is known as the Egyptian Lotus and Sacred Lily of the Nile, and images of the aquatic plant adorn the walls of the tombs and monoliths of the pharaohs. The history of the famous Blue Lotus is not only medicinal but also mystical. The lotus found its way out of Egypt, around 300 BC, and ended up in Greece, where the prevailing culture included it in the religion of Isis and Serapis. Towards the end of the Roman Empire, Blue Lotus was traded to the far corners of the known world, from Brittania to India. The lotus even plays an important role in Mayan religious art, costumes and ceremonies.

The blue lotus (Nymphea caerulea) is an Egyptian water lily that contains apomorphine and nuciferin. Apomorphine has been described as a psychoactive alkaloid and is a non-selective dopamine agonist used mainly to treat Parkinson’s disease as it stimulates dopamine receptors and improves motor function.

White Lily

White lotus is often depicted in Egyptian art in the form of stone carvings and paintings. It is clear that this ancient culture greatly revered these two plant species, probably because of their fascinating psychoactive effects. These paintings often include scenes of parties, dances and rituals.

White lotus or white water lily ((Nymphaea alba) contains the psychoactive compounds nupharine and nymphaeine, which have euphoric, sedative and narcotic effects. According to some sources, the water lily is also a powerful aphrodisiac.

White Lily, native to Mexico and Central and South America, dates back to Mayan times. It produces feelings of floating and euphoria.

Red Lily

Red lotus (Nymphaea rubra) belongs to the Mymphaceae family and is known to be native to India, the Nile Delta and Thailand. Its leaves are heterophyllous and they have different appearances below the water surface and above the water surface. This plant is common in ponds and shallow lakes throughout tropical and temperate Asia; Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Taiwan, Yunnan, Sri Lanka, India and Bangladesh. Its leaves have hairy or fluffy undersides and the stems are also covered by the hairs. It produces perennial and erect rhizomes and rootstocks that help anchor it in muddy soil.

It is a well-known herb for peace-stimulating and relaxing properties, thus bringing a sense of euphoria and well-being. It produces a good calming effect and helps consumers sleep better. It has been used as an aphrodisiac since ancient times.

Research has shown that the red lotus contains both nuciferin and aporphine. Aporphine is a psychoactive alkaloid and a specific dopamine agonist used to treat alcohol dependence, opiates, Alzheimer’s disease, erectile dysfunction and Parkinson’s disease. This compound causes the stimulation of euphoric, exalted and happy feelings. While nuciferin is a specific alkaloid that has an association with dopamine receptors. Research has shown that red lotus is significantly helpful in promoting health and well-being due to its antioxidant, anthelmintic, antidiabetic and immunomodulatory properties. It is reported that red lotus has excellent immunomodulatory activities and the polysaccharides produced in the buds of its flowers can cause antitumour activities by activating macrophages and naturally killing cells through receptor binding.

Acacia

Found on every continent around the world, acacia trees, used by Noah to build the ark, are revered in cultures dating back centuries because some varieties contain the psychedelic substance dimethyltryptamine (DMT), phenethylamine as well as methylenedioxyphenethylamine. The Tree of Knowledge in the Garden of Eden offered something much more enticing than an apple. It is believed that the burning bush that Moses encountered on the mountain was the acacia.

Certain varieties of acacia contain phenethylamine as well as methylenedioxyphenethylamines, which are used as empathogens, stimulants, psychedelics and/or antidepressants. Methylenedioxyphenethylamines are used to formulate MDMA, which is used in sacred medicine circles and for PTSD and trauma therapy.

Passionflower

Passionflower is a climbing vine native to the southeastern United States and Central and South America.

Native Americans used passionflower as a sedative. Sixteenth century Spanish explorers in South America later explored passionflower. The plant was then brought to Europe, where it became widely used and was introduced into European folk medicine.

It is also used to reduce non-specific anxiety and fear. It can also be used for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, congestive heart failure, insomnia and stress.

Green tea

Camellia sinensis is the source of green tea. Originally used and grown in China.

An amino acid in green tea L-theanine is known for various properties that stimulate focus, increase serotonin and dopamine while reducing cortisol.

With this medicine we experience our bodies consciously, we can understand and release trauma on a body level, experience ecstasy and feel deeply within ourselves in a relaxed state. We take our body with us on a journey.

With this unique „Medicine“ we are able to experience our body in a completely new way, surrender to the deep wisdom of the body language and release trauma from the body with the knowledge that trauma has a cellular memory and one way to release trauma is to move on an embodied cellular level of existence. This ‚medicine‘ first calms the nervous system so that we are ready to feel. When the nervous system is calm we feel safe and when we feel safe we are ready to open up and feel what is really here.

Our ceremonies are guided and accompanied with sound, intuitive bodywork, movement and deep personal guidance.

Podcast-The wisdom of darkness

WISDOM OF SHADOW BY NATALIE & VASANTHI
EPISODE 1: Sharing about Bufo Alvarius & Co, with Initiated Bufo alvarius Practitioner Natalie

Are we opening Pandora’s box with Plant Medicine? We are happy to share this constructive exchange in which we shed light on the dark side of Plant Medicine with you. We want to bring the other side of the coin to light and not categorize it into right or wrong.

In months of exchange with each other, we have decided to step out with the project „Wisdom of Shadow“. After working intensively with and on each other, we share our insights and findings. We have already walked a long healing path, be it through embodiment, somatic or psycholytic therapy, plant medicine and so on.

We are happy to take you on a journey into our respective universe, which expands into a multiverse. Micro and macrocosmic we want to zoom into or out of certain topics to illuminate them from a deep or even higher perspective. We care about the treasures and diamonds that are buried in the sacred darkness and we distance ourselves from the blindness of the light.

With love and gratitude for your trust

We often observe independently that the light trap, i.e. escape into love and light, triggers a lot of lethargy in the spiritual scene. A feeling of necessity sometimes spreads within us, mixed with anger, horror and sadness. Are we really here now, while it is about a collective retraumatization, to lose ourselves further? By illuminating the darkness, we want to create balance, to offer the possibility to explore with each other the totality. We don’t want to lecture you, but share our wisdom and take you on a journey into the depths of darkness. Thus we open a space and a field which serves self-knowledge, self-reflection, integration, wisdom, awareness, expansion of consciousness, self-acceptance, self-love and thus the becoming whole, the perfection.
