We offer this private retreat formate in three languages: German, English and Spanish.

Deep Reset is an intimate, one-on-one immersion designed for deep nervous system relaxation, emotional recalibration, and embodied rest.

Held in the natural rhythms of Costa Rica, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself — without pressure, performance, or expectation.

You stay in a private casita, surrounded by jungle and ocean air, supported through simplicity, presence, and care.

The Experience

Choose a 5 (4 nights) or 7-day (5 nights) Deep Reset, individually curated to meet you where you are.

Your days unfold gently and organically and may include:

• Beach walks and ocean time

• Simple, nourishing shared meals

• Journaling in nature and spacious rest

• Guided breathwork for nervous system regulation

• Somatic movement and conscious dance

• Sunset rituals at the beach

• Yoga

Depending on the length of your stay, you are invited into one or two sacred medicine sessions, held with respect, safety, and integration.

This is not about becoming someone new.

This is not a healing retreat focused on resolving acute issues or processing unresolved trauma

This is not an entry-level experience for those new to deep inner work

This is not structured around peak experiences or constant activation
