I sat with Kambo followed by Bufo with Natalee in Costa Rica in May 2023. I have had other Kambo experiences before and this was by far the deepest and most transformative experience. Natalee holds a large space and welcomes typically unwelcome emotions and has an intuitive sense on how to guide me deeper into the experience where in the past I have had a tendency to disassociate. It’s been almost 4 weeks since the experience and I am still feeling the effects percolating into my life. I meditate and fall asleep to the music playlist we used for Bufo and that has been a great way to keep the experience alive in my being. I would highly recommend working with Natalee, I would travel far and wide to work specifically with her.Scott from Canada

I notice in the morning that something has actually dissolved in the basin and is now continuing to dissolve. Overall, everything is a bit looser. And I find the 3 dots on the arm very beautiful :-) They could stay as jewellery.

I’ve done now my third kambo and breathwork session with Natalie and it helped me to beautifully drop into my body. I could free myself from old patterns and beliefs and doing shadow work with Natalie through Kambo, breath, embodiment and dance made me knowing myself deeply and that feels like coming home after a long time.Luisa
